A Korean family starts a farm in 1980s Arkansas.

THE PROBLEMS-:

  • The final ‘’big incident’’ in the end was a bit contrived.
  • The manner in which the conflict between Jacob and Monica was resolved in the end felt a little rushed.

THE POSITIVES-:

  • The performances by everyone in the cast were excellent. 
  • The background score was very melodious and fit the tone of the scenes extremely well. 
  • The cinematography was gorgeous and very proficient. 
  • The characters were well written, like-able and endearing. 
  • The emotional moments between characters were efficiently executed and were incredibly touching and heartwarming to watch.
